Lieutenant Nikita E. Novikov is lucky enough to be the winner of a world-wide raffle to be the first poor bastard to be dosed with LSD and brainwashed by the US government. She was born in 1953 somewhere in the north-east of Mongolia, she can't quite recall where. Lada is supposedly her lover, but she can't remember that very well either. Lada obviously doesn't like Nikita's forgetfulness, so she puts one between her eyes sometime in the 80s.
